We run two villas in Hiriketiya, on Sri Lanka’s south coast, a short walk apart. We open them together as one private venue for company retreats and corporate offsites, or a smaller team can take just one. Inside, a mix of private rooms and small dorms, all air-conditioned, so everyone sleeps well and nobody is far from the group. One villa sleeps up to twelve. Both together take up to thirty. 

Design the retreat yourself. Want just the villas and the working hub? Done. Want us to run the activities, surf lessons, a safari day, and a local chef cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner? We arrange it. On-site barista, SIM cards, transport, all of it. You focus on your team, we handle the logistics.
