Accommodation, daily cleaning, fast wifi (200 Mbps fibre), access to all shared spaces — kitchen, coworking room, garden, terrace, outdoor shower. Airport transfer and activities are available at an extra cost.
Is there a minimum stay?
3 nights minimum for all rooms. For weekly and monthly rates, ask when booking — we keep things flexible.
Can I work remotely from here?
Yes. The wifi is 200 Mbps fibre and stays stable during full working days including video calls and large uploads. There is a dedicated air-conditioned coworking room with large desks, and every bedroom has its own desk.
Are meals included?
No meals are included in the coliving rate. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Hiriketiya has a good selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We can arrange a local chef or catering on request, especially for groups.
Can two people share a room?
Yes. All rooms accommodate 1–2 guests. The Ira and Nala rooms have a queen/king double. The Jungle and Bamboo rooms can be set up with a double or two singles — let us know when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a one-night charge. No-shows are charged in full. For monthly stays, 7-day notice is required.
Is the location walkable to the beach?
Yes — Hiriketiya Beach is a 10–15 minute walk from the villa through the village. There are no tuk-tuks needed. The walk itself is one of the better parts of the day.
Can I book a room for a couple?
Yes. The Ira Room and Nala Room are particularly well suited for couples. Both have private en-suite bathrooms and the larger bed configurations. The Jungle and Bamboo rooms are more single-person focused but work fine for two.

Yes, there is space for motorbikes and scooters at the villa. No car parking on site, but the surrounding street is accessible. We recommend arriving by tuk-tuk or scooter — easier for Hiriketiya in general.
Is there a minimum stay?
It depends on the season. In high season we have a minimum stay of three nights.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
